Description
Our box furnaces are the most cost effective high temperature muffle furnace.There are three types furnace doors: Up-sliding,down-sliding and side open. The furnace consists of high quality alumina fiber brick and resistance wire heating elements with special design and furnace temperature is controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled) digital controller.

Features
1. Operation Temperature:1100°C ( 1200°Cfor short time).
2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
3. Three sides resistance wire coil for fast and uniform heating.
4. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
5. Thermal efficient ceramic (high purity alumina fiber) insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.
6. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
7. Power control with 30 segments programmable.
